Frequently Asked Questions
How much time does an order take?
For ribbons, textile labels and un-printed paper and carton items the term is 1-3 working days. For printed paper and carton items the term is up to 10 working days.
In case of large order quantities (over 2000pc) production time is adjusted and communicated per case.
How does payment work?
The second instance of payment happens before shipping the order, after we send proof of its completion.
We take bank transfer as the only payment option to ensure a secure transaction.
